Vegan chef duo, Henry Firth and Ian Theasby turned their plant-based passion project into the delicious global movement that is BOSH!
The childhood friends have lived together, turned to veganism together, launched a business together, and are now the 51st most influential vegans in the world.
Since bursting onto the scene in 2016, BOSH! Has become a household name, with more than 1 million cookbooks sold; 3.5 social followers, and six Sunday Times bestsellers.

They have just released their most healthy and delicious cookbook yet, BOSH! More Plants, the fuel behind the ultra marathons and triathlons they’ve been whizzing through since turning 40.
The pair live in buzzy Hammersmith and have brought us the ultimate guide to its best places to eat and drink, from morning to night.
Head to BOSH! for their recipes, products and hit cookery books
COFFEE
Kave Cafe & Carbon Kopi

Henry
Kave on Hammersmith Roundabout in West London. We are very friendly with the staff in there, and they make a mean oat milk latte. Kave Cafe, 2 Hammersmith Broadway, London W6 7AL
Ian
Once I’ve dropped my son off at nursery, I walk to work and pass a wonderful little independent coffee shop called Carbon Kopi - really friendly staff and delicious coffee. Carbon Kopi, 11 Margravine Rd, London W6 8LS
BREAKFAST
Farmer J

Henry
Farmer J have a good selection of plant-based options for breakfast - I’ll pop in there every so often if I’m feeling particularly hungry. Farmer J, 10 Hammersmith Grove, London W6 7AP
Ian
I keep things quite light at breakfast - I usually have some fruit and a protein shake. However, I do quite enjoy popping into Holland and Barrett to treat myself to one of their many delicious functional beverages or snack bars. Holland & Barrett, Third Floor, 15 King St, London W6 9HR
LUNCH
Cellar at Kindred

Henry
Cellar at Kindred is tucked away under a grand house between Hammersmith Broadway and the Hammersmith Apollo - they have a lovely selection of sandwiches and salads, and the staff are very friendly. Cellar at Kindred, Bradmore House, Queen Caroline St, London W6 9BW
Ian
The Brown Cow on Fulham Road does one of the best Sunday lunches in London - it’s a stone’s throw from Hammersmith and it never fails to deliver. In fact, it’s so good they’ve acquired the space next door and are doubling the size of the pub.
The Brown Cow, 676 Fulham Rd., London SW6 5SA
DINNER
Potli & Little Napoli

Ian
There’s an outrageous curry house on King Street in Ravenscourt Park, just up from Hammersmith, called Potli - the food is reasonably priced, lovingly prepared, and truly delicious. Potli, 319-321 King St, London W6 9NH
Henry
Every so often, when we want a REAL treat, we’ll head up to Napoli on the Road in Chiswick. It is literally one of the best pizza restaurants in the world. What the owner Michele doesn’t know about pizza isn’t worth knowing - it has to be tasted to be believed. Little Napoli, 428 Uxbridge Rd, London W12 0NR
DRINKS
The Rutland Arms & The Blue Anchor

Ian and Henry
Our office is a five-minute walk from the river. There are a couple of pubs next to Hammersmith Bridge - The Rutland Arms and The Blue Anchor - that we go to very frequently. You can’t beat a nice pint of cold Guinness Zero by the river on a summer’s evening. The Blue Anchor, 13 Lower Mall, London W6 9DJ
The Rutland Arms, 15 Lower Mall, London W6 9DJ
INSIDER TIP
Runner's Paradise

Ian and Henry
Hammersmith is a runner’s paradise - up the river towards Richmond, down the river towards Battersea Park - it’s stunningly beautiful and reminds you that London is the best city in the world. Iconic bridges, Premier League football stadiums, rowing clubs, golf courses. If you’re a runner, get those trainers laced up and get yourself to Hammersmith.
