PASSPORT TO NUSANTARA BRINGS TOGETHER FIVE GLOBAL CHEFS FOR UNMISSABLE FEAST
Two Day West End Pop-Up to Take Diners on Journey around Indonesia

From Indonesia to the West End: Passport to Nusantara will bring together five chefs from across the globe for a two-day celebration of Indonesia's diverse cuisine at Toba London on 16–17 October.
Hosted by Chef Pino Edward Sinaga (Toba, London), the series will celebrate the bold flavours, rich traditions and vibrant culture of Indonesia, with Chef Anie Kece (Makan Makan, Paris), Chef Sukma (Liège), Chef Taufik (Kendang, Vienna) and Chef Agus (the Netherlands).

Each chef represents one of four elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water, and the experience will include dishes like Wagyu beef perkedel, iga bakar, Sate Rusa, Bebek Madura, and Tuna Sambal Matah.
Guests will be taken on a delicious voyage across the Indonesian archipelago through a sharing menu of 15+ dishes (£95 per person).

Each guest will also receive their own Nusantara passport as a keepsake.
The lunch on 17 October will raise funds for Jepun Indonesia in UK to help communities affected by natural disasters in NTT and Kalimantan.
After London, the series will travel to Liège, Vienna, Paris and the Netherlands.
