Channel Your Inner Barbie and Ken to Bag a Spot at the Opening Weekend
There will be a sizzling barbie queue outside Vue cinema in Westfield this Friday and Saturday, when free tickets to the new Barbie film will be dished out to fans rocking their finest, Barbiecore or Ken ensembles.
More than 200 complimentary tickets are up for grabs at Westfield London in White City and Westfield Stratford City throughout the movie's opening weekend.
And all you need to do is don your pinkest, doll threads and rock up to either location… and hope your knees bend enough to sit down and watch the movie.
Barbiecore has exploded inside the nation’s wardrobes since the film's trailer release six months ago, with #Barbiecore gaining over 270 million searches on TikTok and celebrities from Kim Kardashian to the Princess of Wales embracing the hot-pink trend. The film stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as the plastic fantastic Mattel dolls and is expected to beat Christopher Nolan’s epic, Oppenheimer, which will launch on the same day.
